What exactly is tracked?
We track your rating, review count, and new reviews on Google Maps, Yandex Maps, and 2GIS. We also compare your rating with a selected competitor.
How often do reports arrive?
On the trial — once a week. On Basic and Full — data refreshes every 6 hours; reports arrive weekly or when there are changes (configurable).
Do I need to add a card for the trial?
No. The trial is completely free and does not require a card. Just select your business and choose a notification channel.
What happens when the trial ends?
Monitoring will pause, but your data is kept for 30 days. You will get a reminder one day before it ends with an option to switch to a paid plan from $29/mo.
Can I monitor multiple locations?
On the trial — one location. On paid plans you can add multiple locations; each is billed separately.
